By opting into or using the Midwest IT Support LLC SMS messaging service (“SMS Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. SMS Consent and Privacy:
By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from Midwest IT Support LLC. The phone numbers obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Your privacy is important to us. 2. Types of SMS Communications from Midwest IT Support LLC:
If you have consented to receive text messages from Midwest IT Support LLC, you may receive messages related to the following specific services:
- Customer Care: Updates regarding your support tickets, service appointments, or inquiries.
- Account Notifications: Information about your Midwest IT Support LLC account, such as billing reminders or service changes.
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Security codes to verify your identity.

These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally. Midwest IT Support LLC is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.
5. Opt-In Method:

- By checking the SMS consent box and providing your mobile number on our paper or electronic agreement forms.

You will receive one final SMS message confirming your opt-out. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Midwest IT Support LLC unless you explicitly opt-in again.
